TURBO PIER V2

A fully rebuilt neon beach pier for FiveM — club stage, yacht dock, palm boulevard and night lighting, all in one optimized MLO/map package.

📍 About the map

Pier V2 is a complete rework of our original pier location. The whole area was rebuilt from scratch with a new layout, custom neon lighting and a full night atmosphere — ideal for beach parties, DJ events, roleplay hangouts, car meets and cinematic content. Everything is placed, collision-tested and ready to stream: drop the resource in, start it, and the location is live on your server.

✨ Features

• Full beach club area — covered stage, DJ booth, bar, seating and dance floor
• Yacht dock — docked yacht with walkable deck and boarding ramp
• Neon night lighting — custom LED strips, palm lights and ambient glow
• Long walkable pier — railings, benches, lamps and props across the whole deck
• Clean collisions — no invisible walls, no falling through the deck
• Optimized for performance — LOD-friendly props and light sources, no FPS drops on busy servers
• Framework independent — works on ESX, QBCore, QBox, vRP or standalone setups
• Easy to edit — ymap files included so you can move, add or remove props
